This visa is intended for immigrant entrepreneurs, aiming to provide residence authorization to foreigners who have made investment operations in Portugal. The granting or rejection of the visa application will consider the economic and social relevance of the investment made or proposed. The fact of having opened a company in Portugal does not, by itself, guarantee that the visa will be granted.
